New TDA Offices in New York City - 09 Jul 2014 We are excited that our New York City office is now located in the heart of the historic financial district of Manhattan at 90 Water Street.   The multipurpose building developed and designed by Michael G. Fahey AIA, our NYC partner, consists of a 5 storey glass and steel structure added to an existing 18th century limestone and brick commercial building.
TDA+KAL Honored in Limassol Development Awards - 18 Jul 2013 In a ceremony held on July 17, 2013 at the Limassol Town Hall, Theo. David Architects + KAL Engineering were awarded with an Honorable Mention for the Spyros Kyprianou Sports Arena.   The Limassol Municipality "Development Awards" were created with the aim of recognizing exceptional developments which promote a high standard of architecture and entrepreneurship in the city of Limassol. Professor Theoharis David Named Pratt Institute’s Distinguished Teacher for 2013-2014 - 02 May 2013 Theoharis David, Pratt alumnus and professor of architecture, has been named Pratt Institute’s Distinguished Teacher for 2013-2014. The Distinguished Teacher Award recognizes exceptional dedication to Pratt’s mission and applauds the recipient’s career accomplishments. Students nominate the winner.
