This is a private university that is meant to be an integral part of “Neapolis”, a new town developed by the Leptos Group, that will be located between Kato Pafos and the town of Yeroskipou on the western coast of Cyprus.

The Master plan envisages a total student population of 4,500. The initial stage will be a centrally located circular complex incorporating a library, amphitheater, lecture hall, and administrative offices, along with a student center and cafeteria, organized around a canopied entrance piazza, allowing access to classrooms integrated with a private courtyard. The Master plan also preserves the extensive existing citrus groves on the site.

The architectural design concept is based on historic and pre-historic architectural forms and patterns characteristic of the Pafos area, while incorporating an architectural language expressed through contemporary technology responsive to the environmental conditions of the region.
