On February 19th 2010 Theoharis David was the guest speaker at a special event dedicated to the coastal city of Famagusta in Cyprus. His lecture titled "Famagusta: Remembrance and Thoughts for its Future" followed a film presentation and poetry recital by other Cypriot artists.
